Dyes

Active Motif Chromeon provides several different lines of fluorescent chromophores – the Chromeo™ Dyes, RuLabels and Py-Dyes. Chromeo Dye excitation and emission properties match common excitation sources and filter sets. But, several of the dyes have unique Stokes shift properties that make them ideal multiplex dye partners. RuLabels are phosphorescent ruthenium probes that emit strongly polarized light with a long decay time, which enhances sensitivity and reduces background. Nanoparticles

Active Motif Chromeon Nanoparticles are an excellent tool for enhancing the brightness of your assay. Available in three different polymeric types, each with a choice of three different Chromeo Dyes, they are an innovative alternative to classical dye labeling. Active Motif Chromeon Nanoparticles are also available as phosphorescent nanoparticles, which have decay times covering the range of microseconds to milliseconds.  more →

Assays

Active Motif Chromeon offers a variety of assays that utilize fluorescent detection methods. Our novel EuTc probes enable you to monitor hydrogen peroxide or related species in a simple, time-effective manner. The Albumin Blue Fluorescent Assay Kit is a sensitive and well-established method to quantify albumin in human samples. In addition, a variety of ruthenium complexes with different solubilities in various organic or aqueous solvents are available, which offer maximum flexibility for use in fluorescent-based oxygen sensing.  more →
